Complimentary Consultation
A consultation is the first step in determining whether paramedical tattooing may be appropriate for you. Consultations are designed to provide education, assess candidacy, and answer questions in a calm, private, and supportive setting.
Consultations are complimentary and non-obligatory.
What the Consultation Is
A consultation is an opportunity to:
• Discuss your goals and preferences
• Review surgical history and scar maturity
• Determine whether 3D areola restoration, scar camouflage, or an illustrative option may be appropriate
• Explain the process, timing, and realistic expectations
• Answer questions in a trauma-informed, unhurried environment
No treatment is performed
during a consultation.
What the Consultation Is Not
• It is not a treatment appointment
• It is not a cosmetic makeover or beauty service
• It does not guarantee approval for treatment
Paramedical tattooing is highly individualized and must be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Consultation Format
Virtual Consultations (Recommended First Step)
Most consultations begin virtually.
Virtual consultations allow for:
• Initial candidacy review
• Discussion of goals and concerns
• Review of surgical timelines
• Answering questions before travel or scheduling
Photo Submission Required
To assess candidacy and provide accurate guidance, clear photos are required prior to your consultation.
Please submit:
• Well-lit photos (natural light preferred)
• Taken straight on (no filters)
• Close-up of the treatment area
• If applicable: scars at rest and gently stretched
If you’ve had surgery:
• Include the type of surgery
• Approximate date
• Any known complications or revisions
Photos are reviewed privately and used solely for consultation purposes.
In-Person Consultations
In-person consultations may be recommended for:
• Complex scarring
• Skin tone assessment
• Final treatment planning
In-person consultations are offered after an initial virtual review, when appropriate.
Approval & Scheduling
If you are approved for treatment:
• A treatment appointment reservation fee is required to hold your session
• The reservation fee is applied toward your treatment
• Treatment appointments are scheduled only after consultation approval
This process ensures that treatment time is reserved for appropriate candidates and allows for proper preparation.
Important Notes
• Paramedical tattooing is a non-medical, non-surgical service
• Services are performed by a certified paramedical tattoo specialist
• Tattooing is intended to complement — not replace — medical care
• Surgical sites must be fully healed and stable before treatment
After Your Consultation
If approved, you’ll receive a personalized treatment plan, pricing, and booking instructions. If treatment is not recommended, guidance or alternatives may be provided.
We look forward to working with you on your healing journey.
